Dear Meredith & Anna,
Today we had a late birthday lunch (for me) with Lois at Perkins.  Anna, you ate lots of eggs and hash browns.  You were very smiley and well behaved.

The waitress was very happy that Mommy and Daddy picked up the food off the floor under the highchair.  She said that we are the first ones that have ever done that!

Meredith, you had pancakes and bacon (5 pieces).  You still won't eat whipped cream.  Later today, we are going over to the neighbors since it is Catherine's birthday and they have a bounce house.

I got my Mother's Day gift early.  It was a new charm for Anna on my Tiffany charm bracelet.  We also got the charm for Meredith re-engraved with better engraving.

Dear Meredith & Anna,
Today was rainy this morning. We spent the morning inside.

Meredith, you have been having bad tantrums lately at night and I think it's because of the Behavior Bucks rewards we've been doing.  I think we're either going to have to stop or take a break from it because your behavior has been horrible.  You have tantrums at least 3 nights a week over it when you lose your buck for the day.

Anna, I think you're going to be a redhead. When you were born, you had reddish colored hair but then it all fell out shortly after you were born.  It has grown back in what I thought was a light shade of blonde but not white like Meredith's.  But now it pictures, it definitely shows a reddish color.  And I can see it in your eyebrows too.

Dear Meredith & Anna,
Today we took Anna to the doctor for her 9 month check-up.  She was 19 lbs., 3 oz. and was 28.5".  Everything looked great and you are a perfect little girl.

Yesterday Anna got her 2nd tooth (the lower middle left incisor).  You drool a lot but teething is not bothering you.

Meredith is watching Toy Story as I write this.  After it is over, you are going to watch Toy Story 2 that we checked out from the library.  Earlier you helped me vacuum with your toy vacuum.  You love to help clean. It was supposed to be in the upper 70's today, but so far it has been cloudy and cool so we stayed inside while Anna naps.

We are going to get Famous Dave's for dinner tonight.  Meredith, you love ribs so you will enjoy it.
